What I just recently came up for my older to is a daily helper. Each of the boys alternate helping and then the one who isn't helping mom in the kitchen or with chore training is well "helping" with their little sister. I needed something that kept them from fighting and didn't exclude their sister. I've found this has actually helped build a bridge of friendship with the boys and their sister. whew and all I wanted was a little quiet and help with dinner and chores, lol!!!
