Good for you! We used sunscreen when we went to the beach (MANY hours in the sun), but other than that we’ve been able to avoid it. The kids are swimming/splashing in the pool every day for about an hour with no problem; if it’s going to be longer than that, I have them wear a shirt. Seems to work just fine.

NO SUNSCREEN! we have gone all summer without sun screen!! guess what? my kids haven’t gotten a single sun burn, we eat a lot of water melon-mother in law said it was really good for building up the body’s natural uv protection.

I’m thinking mine and my family’s bodies could use some detox. the how to will be very good, but also wondering about side effects and weither there is an age limit, for ex i have 2 kiddos, 2 & 4 is it safe for them? we’re cleaning up quite a bit in our lives, i’m de cluttering a LOT in my house to prepare for our move in april. also trying to switch my kids to natural toys. and better for us and better for the enviroment products. it’s been a long haul, but i will feel so much better when it’s over and hopefully so will my family.
