I also don’t wear makeup regularly, so I’m not going to worry about the once in a while that I do–for now. I think the first thing I’m going to look into is an alternative to anti-perspirant b/c I use it every day and it’s definitely bad news. I’ve read about making your own deoderant, and I’ll probably try it. As soon as I can find coconut oil (things are harder to find around here)!! Remember, Babysteps.
