Although I do plan our meals on a monthly basis its kind of informal. I am going to try writing it all down. Makes it fun because you can take special requests from your hubby and kids for special dinner nights. Very Cool! Thanks.

Well you picked a very good moment to give me a kick, thanks FlutterDoc! I just went to the freezer now in my nice tidy kitchen with its shiny sink and grabbed a pn and paper and wrote down what is in the freezer and what side dishes can go with what, and Now i have a rough menu plan for the week! I just need to buy broccoli and sweetcorn and then I can make everything on my list. It's mainly using the frozen processed foods, but we'll be having it with salads or carrots, broccoli and carrots and cous cous, rice or pasta instead of chips (fries)
